Maxi – Dental Hygienist, RDH
Maxi comes from a family of dental hygienists including her mom, aunt, and sister. She prides herself on patient comfort and attention to detail. Many patients comment on the thoroughness of the cleanings Maxi does. One of her favorite parts of the job is getting to know all of her patients. She is a registered dental hygienist from Parkland, FL that received her degree from Valencia College in Orlando. In her spare time, you can find her hanging out with friends or family, watching movies or reading.
Stephanie Silber – Dental Hygienist, RDH
Stephanie prides herself on giving patients a pleasant experience each and every time they sit in her chair. She cares about her patients as if they were her family. Stephanie has vast experience as she has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years and loves being part of making her patients have healthy mouths. Stephanie was born in Missouri, and moved to South Florida was she was just 3 months old. Stephanie lived in England for 5 years and her mother is English. Stephanie has 2 children – Laura (19) and Amy (17). In her spare time she enjoys reading and visiting with her 4 sisters.
Valorie Radebaugh “Val”– Dental Hygienist, RDH
Val cares about her patients and gets to know them very well. Most patients not only love to see Val for her outstanding clinical skills but also feel as if Val is a good friend to them. Val has over 34 years experience as a dental hygienist including being a professor at Sante Fe Community College teaching other hygienists. Val is originally from Gainesville, FL – Go Gators!! Valorie and her husband Gary have been married for over 25 years and they have 2 children. Jake and Sarah. They also have 2 dogs, Angel & Remy. Valorie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and working out. Her favorite thing is going to her children’s sporting events.
Debi- Financial/Insurance Coordinator
Debi’s goal is to make sure that nothing gets in the way of patients receiving Optimal Oral Health. Debi has been in the dental industry for over 30 years and understands dental insurance and all aspects of finances when it comes to Dentistry. She prides herself on making patients feel comfortable with treatment decisions. Debi likes to sit down with patients one on one and discuss all financial options and make an individual plan that works for the patient. Debi was born in Detroit but spent most of her life as a Floridian. She has one daughter, Crystal, and one granddaughter, Morgan. When Debi is not in the office you can find her enjoying the sun with her boyfriend, Bob on their boat.
Jenn – Dental Assistant
Jenn knows dentistry like the back of her hand. She started her career in high school learning the ropes and the rest is history. With over 30 years of experience dental assisting comes easy to her. Making patients comfortable in the dental chair and answering any questions that might arise, is just some of the great qualities that Jenn possesses. She also loves dogs and is a competitive breeder. Cocker Spaniels is her passion and she spends many weekends at the largest and most prestigious dog shows in the world. Jenn is from Connecticut but moved to Florida over 10 years ago. She has 3 children and 2 beautiful grandchildren.

Shannon– Scheduling Coordinator
Shannon prides herself on keeping our office running on time and making the patients feel at home! She has been in the dental industry for over 20 years and understands how to make patients feel comfortable in a dental setting. When she is not at the office, it’s all family!! You can find Shannon on the sidelines cheering on Karly playing lacrosse and Thomas playing baseball. She is very proud of her oldest daughter, Kaleigh, who is in college studying to be a nurse. Of course, she could not be any prouder then her straight A son John. Shannon is from the great state of Pennsylvania and moved to Florida in 1992. Whether it’s the beach or the pool, Shannon loves Florida and the sun.
